Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of hands on healing. “Rei” (pronounced ray) means “universal” and “Ki” (pronounced as “key”) means vital life force energy. The Usui System of Reiki believes that this energy is found in all things. Reiki treatments stimulate and balance the body’s energy, accelerating the body’s ability to heal physical ailments and open the mind and spirit to the origin of the disease and pain.
