Holding Hands

BodyTalk system looks at the whole person.

Body Mind and Vibrational Self.

BodyTalk is based on the principle that the body is capable of healing itself at all levels - as evidenced by the healing process that is automatically initiated when a person cuts a finger or twists an ankle.

A session begins by discussing your health status and whatever other personal issues you may wish to address. Then, you will either relax in a chair or on a treatment table while the practitioner, positioned at your side, will gently use your arm in such a manner to establish Yes/No communication. This Yes/No communication is also called neuromuscular biofeedback, which is similar to applied kinesiology. By understanding that your body has an inherent knowledge of itself, the BodyTalk Practitioner is able to quickly and easily ask your body what communication circuits have become compromised and in which order these lines of communication need to be re-established for the fastest possible healing process to occur.

Tapping out your Cortices! is a BodyTalk tool that helps create a balanced brain!

In times of trauma we can use tools that can assist us to stay in a parasympathetic state -  rest and restore, in stead of a sympathetic state - fight and flight state.  This tool can be used every day as a preventative measure!

Place one hand with fingers together at the base of your head(where head meets the neck) - Tap on top of your head with your other hand and then on your sternum(heart area), then on your stomach your gut brain - taking 2 deep breaths.

move your hand up your head till you get to your forehead tapping the top of your head and your sternum(heart area) and gut brain with each hand placement.  When you have gotten to your eyebrows, place both hands on each side of your head, remove hands and tap on top of head, sternum and the gut brain taking 2 deep breaths.

repeat this process 3 or more times.  You can focus on wellness, the ailment or trauma as you do this.

Tapping on the head you are connecting both right and left sides of the brain to communicate and balance to the brain.
Tapping the Heart helps implement the healing and tapping the Gut brain connects you to your
instinctive drive.
